Artist's Description
I took this image while I was in Waynesville spending time with my mother. I gave up my nap to walk down to the river and shoot this image.
River Flows 4s is part of an ongoing series of sepia tone photos with a few black and white rocks in the details.
About Mike McGlothlen
Over the years Mike has dabbled in painting, sculpting & wood working as well as photography. Mike's turning point in his artistic abilities came when he learned how to use the dreaded computer in the mid 80s, then he could combine his love for art with his photographs. Mike's work has won numerous awards as well as being shown all over the country in galleries and museums. Now after 25 years of Commercial Photography in the High Point area, Mike now creates art full time, living just outside of Dunn North Carolina. "Welcome to the world as I see it.
