This was taken at Soule Homestead Education Center in Middleboro, MA.
When I was a kid I lived in one of the few apartments in North Middleboro, but my friends lived in wonderful old houses with great old barns just like this one! Whenever I visit here, I like to go in the barn and take it in. The first thing I do is smell it! It smells like a mix of horse manure, animals and hay. To me it's heavenly! It brings back wonderful childhood memories. Then I just take it in; I swear I can feel the history here! This might not be the most amazing photograph, but just maybe, you can feel it too...
I have posted about this place before, It's a great place for kids and adults. They have great events and classes too! They have sheep and other animals, veggie gardens and flower gardens. They do birthday parties! and even have full kitchen that they rent out.
