About Mike McGlothlen
Over the years Mike has dabbled in painting, sculpting & wood working as well as photography. Mike's turning point in his artistic abilities came when he learned how to use the dreaded computer in the mid 80s, then he could combine his love for art with his photographs. Mike's work has won numerous awards as well as being shown all over the country in galleries and museums. Now after 25 years of Commercial Photography in the High Point area, Mike now creates art full time, living just outside of Dunn North Carolina. "Welcome to the world as I see it. To smile, be happy and laugh as much as possible, that's what life should be about. I hope this shows through my work and makes you feel the same way." Mike

A true legend of a hotel. I remember staying here with my Grandparents as a child. Nicely captured and preserved in digital space. I like it.

Living history! This sign sparks so many memories Mike ... Of all the signs in Vegas you could have chosen, this was it. Is this sign still standing? I think the casino is gone now. Vote and fave on an old gambler's haunt!
Mike McGlothlen replied:
I believe the sign has gone to the sign museum. Thanks Seth, glad you like it!
