A few of years ago I was fortunate enough to see & shoot the Great Grand Piano Migration of 2006 in "PIANO VALLEY". This was a once in a lifetime event for me. Life changing, seeing these free spirited Grand Pianos on their way to the south lands for the winter. It was especially special to see so many benches. Although benches hold up to the colder weather their strong bond with their piano makes them partners for life. A portion of the profits from this image will be donated to the Grand Piano Migration Route Preservation Society of North America. Note: Donations are encouraged, Please Help! Over the years Mike has dabbled in painting, sculpting & wood working as well as photography. Mike's turning point in his artistic abilities came when he learned how to use the dreaded computer in the mid 80s, then he could combine his love for art with his photographs. Mike's work has won numerous awards as well as being shown all over the country in galleries and museums. Now after 25 years of Commercial Photography in the High Point area, Mike now creates art full time, living just outside of Dunn North Carolina. "Welcome to the world as I see it. To smile, be happy and laugh as much as possible, that's what life should be about. I hope this shows through my work and makes you feel the same way." Mike
