We walked and walked and walked and walked then rested then walked and walked, oh and shot many wonderful scenes like this one. My wife's five years of French didn't come in very handy, I guess her southern twang twist to her french was too hard to understand, much like when we go anywhere but North and South Carolina. Her efforts did get the job done because the English cane out of most of the french after listening to here with a blank stare for 5 or 10 minutes. I can't wait to go back, I love France!

Over the years Mike has dabbled in painting, sculpting & wood working as well as photography. Mike's turning point in his artistic abilities came when he learned how to use the dreaded computer in the mid 80s, then he could combine his love for art with his photographs. Mike's work has won numerous awards as well as being shown all over the country in galleries and museums. Now after 25 years of Commercial Photography in the High Point area, Mike now creates art full time, living just outside of Dunn North Carolina. "Welcome to the world as I see it.
